We bring something different to the Agile community. While most Agile experts have a background in software development, ours is in the Armed Forces. While using different terminology, the British Armed Forces have been operating in an Agile manner on the battlefield for years. In so many ways - from the smallest independent element of a fighting formation being the same size as a Scrum team, to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst's motto of 'Serve to Lead' - the parallels continue.

What does this mean to you? Our approach is instinctively grounded in the Agile mindset and values. We have been thinking and operating in that way for many years, in the most trying of circumstances.
