Agile approaches are big news. There seems to be a new framework every week, and everyone is desperate to sell you theirs.
This course cuts away all the noise, and will introduce Agile from first principles – the Agile Manifesto. Taking examples from how the Armed Forces operate in an Agile way (and have done so for generations), this course will explain how an Agile approach can bring huge benefit and advantage to your business, and change the way you lead.
It will pave the way for you to decide your future learning, or just explain what all the fuss is about!
