Overview
The way military personnel train and operate has remarkable similarities to the increasingly popular Agile approach to Project Management and wider business strategies. Concepts such as Mission Command and the motto of the Royal Military Academy of ‘Serve to Lead’ have direct parallels with Agile concepts. This course is intended to introduce the civilian Agile approach to service personnel and service leavers, provide the translation of terms and concepts with which they will already be familiar, and begin the learning path to mastery of the Agile mindset, values and approach.
Who should attend
Service personnel entering the capability or technical fields, or service leavers interested in learning how to translate their existing skills and knowledge into the civilian sector.

- Be able to relate military doctrine and training to civilian applications.
